President
Joanne founded Balady Promotions in 1989, having started in the Promotional Products Industry in 1982 as a Program Administrator responsible for the Pepsi Cola Account. She sincerely enjoys the creative aspects of the industry and has combined that with her entrepreneurial spirit to create an organization that is truly customer focused, competitive and enduring. Joanne maintains lasting relationships with her clients and has a deep appreciation for the loyalty and commitment that has developed between Balady and its clientele. She continues to lead the growth at Balady Promotions through her strategic partnerships with vendors and clients who also understand and appreciate the incredible impact that promotional products and well executed programs have on the success of companies worldwide.
Joanne has and MBA in Finance from Rutgers University and is a member of the Women Presidents’ Educational Organization. She enjoys time with her family, networking with colleagues and peers, participating in trade shows, theater, singing in the shower, and walking, especially on the beach.
Creative Director
Loren joined Balady Promotions in 2004 and has brought boundless energy and tremendous creativity to the organization. Loren is responsible for Business Development, Graphic Design and Special Event Planning. She is tireless in her pursuit of creative solutions and developing winning programs for our clients. Loren has a Bachelor’s from Caldwell College.
Loren loves spending time with her son, painting, photography, traveling, swimming and reading.
Inside Sales Manager
Katy joined Balady Promotions in January 2004 bringing prior experience in the Promotional Products Industry to her role as Inside Sales Manager. Katy leads the team in generating sales, building and maintaining strong customer relationships as well as efficiently managing projects and programs from inception to delivery. Katy’s intuition and creativity has proven to be a winning formula at Balady Promotions.
In addition to her business acumen, Katy is also a mezzo-soprano vocalist with a Bachelor’s Degree from Frederick Chopin State School of Music in Warsaw, Poland. She is a member of the New Jersey State Repertory Opera Company, a church soloist and an active participant in community athletic events by performing the National Anthem for local New Jersey Football and Baseball Teams.
Inside Sales/Researcher
Jennifer originally joined Balady Promotions as a Receptionist in 1999. She worked very closely with Joanne and played a key role in contributing to the continued growth of Balady Promotions. Soon, Jennifer was promoted to handle Insides Sales and Research for the company. After the birth of her second child, Jennifer took an extended leave to raise her young children. She returned to Balady in early 2008 and eagerly rejoined the team; she has successfully resumed her role as an enthusiastic and creative team member specializing in customer and vendor relations and product research.
Jennifer’s favorite role is being Mom to her two children. She also enjoys yoga, running, cooking and dancing.
Front Desk Reception/Admin Assistant
Eddie joined Balady Promotions in 2007 and has been a great addition to the staff. Eddie is the first to greet clients and vendors whether it is on the phone or in the office. He assists with inside sales and monitoring orders that are in progress. He also supports the staff in making sure that orders are followed through from inception to delivery.
Eddie enjoys online gaming and is an amateur photographer. He utilizes his love of photography to document his adventures traveling throughout the United States and Western Europe. Eddie also enjoys running and spending time with friends.
Bookkeeper
Noreen joined Balady Promotions in 2005 to assist with the management of accounting functions, streamlining processes and building strong vendor relationships. Noreen has a Bachelor’s degree from Montclair State University with a concentration in Accounting.
Noreen is married and has two children who are the joy of her life. She enjoys the outdoors, especially the beach, time with family and friends and home decorating.
